Project Introduction: The total sea area used by this project is 7,025 mu, with a total investment of 3.07 billion yuan and an average annual power generation capacity of 770 million kilowatt-hours. This is the only offshore photovoltaic project in China that adopts a 10-degree tilt angle, enabling maximum efficiency in land and sea use and significantly boosting power generation capacity. Upon completion, the project will generate 10 billion kilowatt-hours of clean energy annually, accounting for more than 50% of the region’s total electricity output. This will provide strong impetus to Hebei’s “dual-carbon” goals, driving the energy transition and economic development.
